GOP mayoral hopeful Nicole Malliotakis has raised $350G for her campaign with help from two big Trump donors

State Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis has garnered donations from several wealthy donors.

State Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis has quickly amassed a sizeable war chest for her mayoral run — and she has two big boosters of President Trump to thank.

The Republican candidate announced Friday that she has raised nearly $350,000 in campaign donations since she joined the race for City Hall in late April.

Some of that money came from two deep-pocketed Trump supporters, reclusive hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer and his daughter, Rebekah.

Each made the maximum contribution — $4,950 — to Malliotakis on July 11, records show.

The Long Island-based Mercers poured millions of dollars into conservative super-PACs and Trump’s White House run during the 2016 election.

They are also reportedly investors in the ultra-conservative media outlet Breitbart News, which was chaired by Steve Bannon, one of Trump’s closest advisers.

Bannon and another top Trump aide, Kellyanne Conway, have also been advisers to the Mercers.

Malliotakis announced her mayoral campaign on April 25, joining a field of Republican contenders hoping to take on Mayor de Blasio in the fall. However, the group has thinned since her announcement.

Malliotakis received some of her funds from hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer and his daughter, Rebekah.

Ex-New York Jet Michel Faulkner dropped out of the race in early May to run instead for city controller. And late last month, Paul Massey abruptly quit the race.

“We defied the naysayers who claimed Assemblywoman Malliotakis had entered the race too late to make a difference,” her spokesman Rob Ryan said.

“If I were Bill de Blasio, with his horrible record on so many issues, I’d be looking over my shoulder because we are gaining the momentum needed to win this race.”

Malliotakis also received a $4,950 donation from the wife of billionaire businessman and radio show host John Catsimatidis, who ran for mayor in 2013.

Several other wealthy donors have given to her campaign, including Shop Rite owner Kevin Mannix, billionaire real estate investor Martin Selig and Loews CEO James Tisch.

Mayoral candidates are required to disclose their donations for the latest fund-raising period by next week.

The Malliotakis campaign said it expects to qualify for the matching-fund program in the next fund-raising period.
